Professional sandblasting solutions since 1997

FEVI is a Parma-based company specializing in professional sandblasters, systems, accessories and sandblasting solutions. Since 1997, we have supported companies, professionals and operators in choosing the most suitable system for different sandblasting requirements.

Our work is based on a simple principle: every request must be understood before it can be transformed into a solution. For this reason, we listen to the customer, analyze the operating context and propose systems configured according to the type of work, the material to be treated, the operating environment and the result to be achieved.

Over time, we have developed an approach focused on consulting, product quality and technical support. We do not simply supply a machine; we help the customer identify a solution that is consistent with their needs, reliable over time and proportionate to the work to be carried out.

FEVI today

Today we offer a range of solutions designed to meet different needs in the professional sandblasting and industrial vacuuming sectors. Our offering includes recovery sandblasters, open blasting machines, portable systems, blasting cabinets, industrial systems, dry ice blasting machines, microblasters, accessories, spare parts, abrasives and consumables.

Alongside sandblasters, we also provide our industrial vacuum cleaner division and systems for managing dust, residues and materials generated during processing. This allows us to offer more complete solutions, especially when the requirement does not concern only the machine, but the entire operating process.

Each sector requires different assessments. Industry, construction, restoration, body shops, marine applications, marble, wood, maintenance and specialist applications have different needs in terms of abrasive, pressure, precision, recovery, extraction and safety. For this reason, our task is to help the customer choose with greater awareness, avoiding generic solutions or systems that are not suitable for real use.

In our showroom, it is possible to see many technologies dedicated to professional sandblasting up close, compare different solutions and explore the applications most suitable for specific operating needs.

The exhibition space is a meeting point between experience, technical consulting and practical demonstration, allowing visitors to closely observe machines, accessories and professional solutions used in different application sectors.

Made in Italy craftsmanship

Every item we produce is carefully finished and checked in every detail throughout all production stages, also thanks to the partnership relationships with our suppliers, which generate mutual growth and development.

FEVI products are 90% made in Italy and 10% made in the European Community. Thanks to our commitment and passion, we are always able to guarantee the highest quality to our customers.

Final assembly takes place within our company; this allows us to subject the product to internal quality control and then proceed with final packaging and shipping.

FEVI has always worked to introduce new technologies and resources to the market that can strengthen its brand and the idea of a company capable of maintaining a leading position in its reference market.

History

FEVI’s history began in 1997 in Monticelli Terme, in the province of Parma, from the entrepreneurial initiative of Federico Viglioli. The early years were characterized by field experience, commercial development and the search for professional solutions for the world of sandblasting.

In 1999, Sand Blaster was created, one of the first solutions that helped define the company’s path. In the following years, we progressively expanded the range, strengthened the commercial network and developed new proposals for different application sectors.

Since 2005, we have consolidated our presence in the construction sector, with solutions dedicated to worksite operations and surface preparation. In 2007, with the new company headquarters, the division dedicated to industrial vacuum cleaners also took shape, expanding the offering towards systems complementary to sandblasting and residue management.

In the following years, we introduced new technologies, expanded the available solutions and invested in technical communication through digital tools, demonstration videos and content designed to help customers better understand applications.

2017 marked the company’s twentieth anniversary, while in 2022 we reached the milestone of twenty-five years in business. In 2025, FEVI Store was created, the official online shop dedicated to sandblasters, industrial vacuum cleaners, accessories and selected professional solutions.

This path tells the story of continuity built over time, with attention to the market, technological evolution and the concrete needs of customers.

1997

The challenge begins

FEVI was founded in Monticelli Terme (Parma) in 1997 thanks to the enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit of Federico Viglioli when he was only twenty years old.
At first the business included just a few pieces and everything was done in a small factory, but it was supported by an important ingredient: the passion for work. 
Federico Viglioli’s objective was to design, experiment and promote new sandblasting systems and systems for the treatment of surfaces.

1999

Sand Blaster
the small sandblaster from which it all began

1999 marks the success of the first project, the Sand Blaster, which was the premise for new ideas and for the achievement of new ambitious goals.
Over time, a new conception of the sandblasting system was born which proposed machinery capable of carrying out engraving, decoration, restoration techniques, far innovative compared to those already existing.

2000

The growth of a dense distribution network closer to the customer

In 2000 FEVI. stood out for its strong internal and market growth. The business expanded and its commercial distribution network throughout the domestic territory and abroad increased enormously. Product quality and customer satisfaction have always been the two most important factors for FEVI . Thanks to the contribution of the customers themselves and to better meet their requirements, FEVI designed and developed its plants also on the basis of a constant exchange of opinions to improve the product. Besides the basic equipment, the Company also supplies all the necessary consumer materials, offering assistance, technical support and post-sales assistance

2005

A range of sandblasters dedicated to the building industry

The arrival of 2005 marks the company's entry into the building industry, in fact a suitable range was developed to address the various needs of the sector.
2007

New headquarters capable of meeting the new objectives: the Industrial Vacuum Cleaners division was born

In addition to the inauguration of the new company headquarters, in 2007 an idea arrived destined to become a business, FEVI diversified its company by adding the marketing of industrial vacuum cleaners.
2008

Here is the Waterblast air-hydro sandblaster for industry and construction

In 2008 the company presented an exclusive aero-hydro-sandblasting system: Waterblast destined to collect great results in the industry and construction sector.
2010

The range of professional sandblasters and industrial vacuum cleaners is wide and appreciated

In 2010, FEVI is a leader in progress and innovation: new products and new technologies are proposed for both business divisions.
The new Italjet, Transformer, and Pressure blaster Max sandblasting machines represent the confirmation of the company's development and philosophy. 
The Industrial vacuum division adds to the range of the HeoloS line, but it above all solidifies its own position on the market, adding the pneumatic transporter and central vacuum divisions.

2011

Sab Jet

Is a year of important new developments: the first numerically-controlled sandblaster “Sab jet”, is officially presented at the Marmomacc International Fair in Verona.
In the same year, the ecological cleaner Tornado FEVI, is also introduced, a great new development which revolutionises the current cleaning and surface treatment systems FEVI increases the number of its customers in the multiservice and industrial cleaning sectors.
The range and choice of portable sandblasters is widened with Sabix R and Pressure Blaster plus.

2012

The LautoS range is born: non-stop industrial vacuums

In 2012 the industrial vacuums division welcomes the new technology of the Lautos series, created to guarantee maximum performance in extreme conditions where continuous use or connection to machinery in production is expected. Another important novelty of Fevi is represented by the birth of a new website www.aeropulitura.it where Aniclean "Air Cleaner" is presented for the cleaning of anilox rollers and sleeves.

2014

FEVI live

2014 marks the birth of the FEVI live streaming communication channel as a support tool for assistance, sales and after-sales and the renewal of the Pressure Blaster recovery sandblasters, in addition to an appropriate restyling, the new Pressure Max and Pressure Infinity models are added
2015

Focus on the customer: FEVI Channel

Kicks off with a focus on communication, exemplified by the birth of FEVI Channel, the new free training channel. FEVI, forever attentive to the needs of its clients, also sets up a new toll-free number for assistance: 800 951 591. Also worth noting is the company’s entry into the shipbuilding sector thanks to a special range of recovery sandblasters.

2016

The Multimedia Micro-sandblasting

Will be remembered for the worldwide preview presentation, at TanExpo 2016, of Multimedia Micro-sandblasting www.librodeiricordi.it, a microincision system using QR code technology. The absolute star of 2016 no doubt remains the patented Tornado Fevi system, thanks to the continuously increasing number of units available in the market. FEVI also consolidates its own communication strategies, joining various social networks and inaugurating its new dedicated responsive website, www.tornado-fevi.com

2017

FEVI 20th anniversary

2017 marks a very important milestone: 20 years of business. A result achieved with great determination, sacrifice and respect for customers

2018

FEVI for bodywork

2018 marks the entry in the Car Refinishing sector with the presentation of Italjet 3R and the 3R process, for the regeneration of alloy wheels in the bodywork sector.

2019

FEVI for Cleaning

FEVI introduces a new line of systems for eco-friendly cleaning of surfaces.
The Company is able to consolidate its brand in the Cleaning sector by taking part in the “ Pulire 2019 ” international fair.

2020

FEVI Digital House is born: Online training and in-depth events dedicated to the world of sandblasting

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, in 2020 participation in trade fairs becomes more difficult, consequently FEVI offers customers a new opportunity, digital meeting.
FEVI, which has always been proactive and attentive to new communication systems, after the intensification of the usual live video conferences with FeviRoom during the lockdown, starting from 20 October 2020, has presented a series of FREE training and in-depth events dedicated to the world of sandblasting within the new "Fevi Digital House" platform.

FEVI 25th Anniversary

“When I began this great adventure, in a small garage and in my early twenties, it was already very clear what my goals were: to fully understand the needs of my customers and to provide real, concrete and reliable solutions. With the development of industrial sandblasters and vacuum cleaners, in sectors ranging from the tombstone processing to the shipyard, from the bodywork to the industry, my aim was, and always will be, to provide improved and innovative services and products, and to be a point of reference for insiders.
I thank those who crossed our path and who accompanied us, some for a short distance and some for longer, in these twenty-five years of constant growth.
