BLSTR sander®
BLSTR sander® was created to make sandblasting more accessible in situations where a traditional machine with a compressor would be too bulky, expensive or complex to set up.
It is a portable electric tool that uses a high-speed internal fan to draw in and project the material towards the surface to be treated.
This system makes it possible to carry out localized operations without air hoses, compressors, pressure tanks or complex configurations.
BLSTR sander® is suitable for small restoration jobs, removal of surface rust, light oxidation, old paint, decorative work and precision operations on wood, metal, stone, glass and mineral surfaces.
It does not replace an industrial sandblaster for large surfaces or intensive work cycles, but it represents an extremely practical solution for quick operations, details and localized work.
Supplied as standard
- BLSTR sander® tool
- Side handle with protective guard
- 10 caps for laser pointer
- Manual in Italian and other languages
- Carry bag
Why choose BLSTR sander®
No compressor required
The main advantage is the possibility of working without a compressor, without compressed air and without pneumatic hoses. Simply connect the machine to the electrical power supply.
Compact and lightweight
With a stated weight of approximately 2.83 kg, BLSTR sander® is easy to transport, use and store after work.
Ready to use immediately
The setup is simple and immediate, making it ideal for small jobs, occasional work and use away from the workshop.
Greater operating precision
The combination of adjustable flow and laser pointer helps the operator work in a more controlled way on details and localized surfaces.
Reduces footprint and equipment
The absence of a compressor reduces overall weight, occupied space and preparation time before the operation.
Versatile on different materials
It can be used on wood, metal, stone, glass, ceramic and mineral surfaces depending on the material used and the required result.
Who it is recommended for
- Craftsmen carrying out small jobs on wood, iron, stone or glass
- Restorers working on details, engravings and localized surfaces
- Advanced hobbyists looking for a sandblaster without a compressor
- Workshops and maintenance technicians for quick removal operations on components
- Construction companies for small jobs on walls, stone and localized residues
- Laboratories, woodworking shops and creative activities
- Operators who do not have a compressed air line available
Main applications
-
Removal of rust and light oxidation
BLSTR sander® can be used to remove surface rust, light oxidation and small deteriorated areas on iron, metal, tools and metal components.
-
Work on wood
Suitable for decoration, light engraving, aesthetic effects and removal of old finishes where greater control is required compared to traditional sandblasting.
-
Stone and mineral surfaces
It can be used on stone, marble, granite, brick and mineral surfaces for small cleaning operations, engraving and decorative work.
-
Glass and ceramic
With the correct adjustment, it can be used for frosting and controlled operations on glass and ceramic.
-
Construction and maintenance
Useful for small jobs on walls, architectural details, adherent residues, limescale and surfaces to be restored.
-
Restoration and precision work
Suitable when a lightweight machine is needed, easy to control and usable on details or hard-to-reach areas.
How BLSTR sander® works
BLSTR sander® uses a different principle compared to traditional pneumatic sandblasters.
Electric power supply
The machine works through an electrical power supply without the use of a compressor.
High-speed internal fan
A fan generates the flow required to draw in and project the material towards the surface.
Localized operations
The jet is designed for small restoration jobs, details, engraving and controlled operations.
Greater practicality
The absence of a compressor reduces preparation time and operating complexity.

| Feature | BLSTR sander® | Traditional sandblaster |
|---|---|---|
| Weight | ~2.8 kg | >10 kg + compressor |
| Portability | Maximum, without compressor | Limited |
| Precision | Laser + adjustable flow | Depends on the nozzle |
| Material versatility | Wood, metal, stone, glass | Broad but more cumbersome |
| Initial cost | Medium-low | Higher |
Difference compared to a traditional sandblaster
A traditional sandblaster requires a compressor, air hose, tank and adequate compressed air availability.
It is the correct solution for large surfaces, intensive professional cycles and continuous operations.
BLSTR sander® was created instead to offer maximum practicality for small jobs and localized operations.
The main difference is this:
- Traditional sandblaster: greater productivity and better performance on large surfaces.
- BLSTR sander®: light weight, simplicity, no compressor and greater practicality for details and small jobs.
When to choose BLSTR sander®
- You want a portable sandblaster without a compressor
- You need to work on small details or localized surfaces
- You want to reduce the space and equipment required
- You do not have a compressed air line available
- You work in restoration, advanced DIY or light maintenance
- You need a lightweight and easily transportable machine
- You want to carry out engraving or small restoration work
When to consider another FEVI model
- SABIX 8 if you need a compact professional sandblaster with greater operating capacity.
- SABIX 28 if you need more autonomy and greater work continuity.
- SABIX 120 or SABIX 200 for industrial applications or intensive operations.
- Water Blast if the goal is to reduce dust through wet blasting.
- Recovery systems when it is necessary to contain and recover the abrasive.
