PRESSURE INFINITY

PRESSURE INFINITY is designed to combine the power of pressure sandblasting with the practicality of automatic abrasive recovery.

During operation, the gun works in contact with the surface through a front brush that helps confine the working area; the industrial vacuum unit connected to the system recovers abrasive and dust, separating reusable material from waste.

This configuration allows cleaner operation compared to traditional free-blasting sandblasting, especially when the work has to be carried out in a workshop, on metal components, vertical surfaces, stone, marble, granite, steel or glass manufactured parts.

The INFINITY model stands out within the Pressure range thanks to the 350 ICLEAN extraction unit, equipped with an automatic filter cartridge cleaning system.

This feature helps keep extraction efficiency more consistent during use, reducing the need for frequent operational interruptions.

Applications of the PRESSURE INFINITY abrasive recovery sandblaster

  • Localized sandblasting on metal

Suitable for metal surfaces, weld seams, oxidation and components requiring targeted preparation.

  • Cleaning and finishing of welds

Allows precise work on steel and stainless steel while avoiding the use of aggressive chemicals.

  • Removal of paint and oxidation

Suitable for removing paint, coatings and rust from industrial components and metal structures.

  • Work on marble, stone and granite

Can be used for restoration, engraving, decorations and controlled preparation of stone surfaces.

  • Lettering, decorations and engraving

Suitable for decorative work on glass, marble, crystal, wood and steel.

  • Sandblasting of cylinders and mechanical components

An interesting solution for mechanical workshops and repetitive work on multiple components.

Advantages of the PRESSURE INFINITY sandblaster

Abrasive recovery during operation

The abrasive is extracted together with the dust, separated from the waste and recirculated when still suitable for use.

Greater dust control

The gun with front brush helps contain abrasive and dust within the treated area.

Advanced extraction with 350 ICLEAN

The 350 ICLEAN single-phase industrial vacuum unit improves the management of abrasive and dust during work.

Automatic filter cartridge cleaning

The automatic system helps keep extraction efficiency more stable over time.

Separation between abrasive and dust

The cyclone separates reusable material from waste dust, improving process quality and continuity.

Suitable for repetitive professional operations

Designed for professional environments where operational continuity, order and efficiency are essential.

The Pressure INFINITY consists of:

SANDBLASTING UNIT

Common to all versions of the Pressure Blaster range (Base, Max, Infinity, Bag), it is fitted with a 24 L pressure tank.

The system is equipped with a remote control located on the handle.

CORPO PISTOLA

GUN BODY

The sandblasting / shot-blasting process that enables operation in the absolute absence of dust takes place via a gun body casting with a front brush.

The system uses a handle with a front brush which, working in contact with the surface to be treated, eliminates dust dispersion in the environment.

It also allows the complete recovery and recycling of the abrasive used, separating it from the generated dust.

In the photo, the gun body is fitted with the optional “Double handle control handlebar”. This handlebar provides great practicality while making it easier to use the sandblaster even on vertical surfaces.

SUCTION UNIT

The single-phase suction unit paired with the sandblasting unit ensures the recovery of the abrasive used and of the dust generated during removal.

The presence of a specific cyclone on the upper part of the sandblasting unit allows the recycling of the abrasive used and the collection of waste material inside the collector drum.

The separation between the dust and the abrasive allows improved sandblasting quality, a longer abrasive life cycle and several advantages:

  • Lower maintenance costs of the parts subject to wear
  • Greater sandblasting speed
  • Greater safety for the operator

When to choose PRESSURE INFINITY

  • You need an abrasive recovery sandblaster for frequent or continuous professional use
  • You need to work in a workshop, production department or environments where limiting abrasive dispersion is important
  • You want greater operational continuity compared to the basic systems in the range
  • You need advanced industrial extraction with automatic filter cleaning
  • You need to treat welds, metal components, decorative surfaces or stone materials
  • You are looking for cleaner operation compared to free-blasting sandblasting
  • You want to recover and reuse abrasive that is still suitable

When to consider a different solution

PRESSURE INFINITY is not the most suitable solution when very large surfaces need to be sandblasted without immediate abrasive recovery.

In these cases, a free-blasting sandblaster or a dedicated industrial system may be more suitable.

It is also useful to consider different configurations when the surface is very irregular and does not allow the front brush to adhere correctly.

Usage recommendations

To obtain the best result, it is important to select the correct abrasive according to the material and the objective of the process.

On decorative surfaces or delicate materials, it is advisable to use more controlled parameters and avoid overly aggressive processing.

Before use, it is useful to check the condition of the front brush, extraction efficiency, filter cleanliness and pressure adjustment.

Correct configuration helps improve sandblasting quality, reduce abrasive consumption and limit component wear.

Is your compressor suitable for the PRESSURE INFINITY?

The performance of the PRESSURE INFINITY depends directly on the correct compressed air supply.

To determine whether the existing compressor is suitable, several technical factors must be considered, as they directly affect working continuity, operating efficiency and blasting quality.

Available air flow
Operating pressure
Nozzle diameter
Hose length
Duty cycle continuity
Type of abrasive used
Surface to be treated
Required removal level

An undersized compressor may reduce blasting continuity, slow down operations and compromise the quality of the final result.

For this reason, before purchasing, it is recommended to verify the complete configuration: blasting machine, vacuum system, compressor, hoses, abrasive and accessories must all match the actual application.
