PRESSURE MAX

PRESSURE MAX is a FEVI abrasive recovery sandblaster developed to provide greater extraction capacity and improved operational continuity in professional localized applications.

The machine combines three key elements: a sandblasting unit with pressure tank, a gun body with front brush and a single-phase extraction unit with three cartridge filters.

This configuration allows sandblasting, extraction and abrasive recovery to be carried out during the same operation, reducing the need for extensive protection of the work area.

PRESSURE MAX is suitable for operators looking for a professional sandblaster capable of working precisely on metal surfaces, welds, manufactured parts, mechanical components, stone elements and architectural details.

The cyclic filter cleaning system with reverse pulse cleaning helps maintain more stable extraction efficiency over time.

Applications of the PRESSURE MAX abrasive recovery sandblaster

  • Cleaning and finishing of welds on stainless steel

PRESSURE MAX can be used to treat weld seams and stainless steel parts, helping to remove oxidation and surface residues.

  • Lettering, decorations and decorative work

Suitable for creating lettering, engravings and decorations on marble, glass, crystal, wood, steel and ABS.

  • Sandblasting of cylinders and post-processing components

It can be used for sandblasting cylinders and mechanical components after industrial machining or turning operations.

  • Localized work on metal components

Suitable for treating structures, metalwork, weld beads and industrial components in defined areas.

  • Architectural details, stone, marble and granite

It can be used on stairways, balconies and architectural elements by selecting the abrasive and pressure according to the surface.

  • Localized paint stripping in industry and marine applications

Suitable for removing paint and oxidation from metal components when using a free-blasting sandblaster is not practical.

Advantages of the PRESSURE MAX sandblaster

Abrasive recovery during operation

The system recovers the used abrasive and separates the reusable media from the dust generated during treatment.

Greater control of the work area

The front brush of the gun body helps contain the abrasive material within the treated area.

More powerful extraction unit

PRESSURE MAX is designed to provide higher extraction capacity than the basic systems in the range.

Three cartridge filters with cyclic cleaning

The reverse pulse cleaning system helps keep the filters more efficient during continuous operations.

Separation between abrasive and dust

The cyclone separates reusable abrasive media, fine dust and waste material, improving process quality.

Cleaner operations compared to free-blasting sandblasting

PRESSURE MAX allows work to be carried out without large containment areas or extensive shielding.

Greater practicality on vertical surfaces

The gun body can be equipped with a double-grip handlebar to improve stability and control.

Main components of PRESSURE MAX

  • Sandblasting unit
24-litre pressure tank common to the PRESSURE range.
  • Remote control
Allows the machine to be managed directly from the working area.
  • Gun body with front brush
Works in contact with the surface, containing abrasive and dust within the treated area.
  • Double-grip handlebar
Useful configuration for improving control on vertical surfaces.
  • Single-phase extraction unit
Recovers abrasive and dust during operation.
  • Separation cyclone
Separates reusable abrasive media, fine dust and waste material.
  • Three cartridge filters with reverse pulse cleaning
System designed to keep extraction efficiency more stable.

Common to all versions of the Pressure Blaster range (Base, Max, Infinity, Bag), it is fitted with a 24 L pressure tank.

The system is equipped with a remote control located on the handle.

CORPO PISTOLA

GUN BODY

The sandblasting / shot-blasting process that enables operation in the absolute absence of dust takes place via a gun body casting with a front brush.

The system uses a handle with a front brush which, working in contact with the surface to be treated, eliminates dust dispersion in the environment.

It also allows the complete recovery and recycling of the abrasive used, separating it from the generated dust.

In the photo, the gun body is fitted with the optional “Double handle control handlebar”. This handlebar provides great practicality while making it easier to use the sandblaster even on vertical surfaces.

SUCTION UNIT

The single-phase suction unit paired with the sandblasting unit ensures the recovery of the abrasive used and of the dust generated during removal.

The presence of a specific cyclone on the upper part of the sandblasting unit allows the recycling of the abrasive used and the collection of waste material inside the collector drum.

The separation between the dust and the abrasive allows improved sandblasting quality, a longer abrasive life cycle and several advantages:

  • Lower maintenance costs of the parts subject to wear
  • Greater sandblasting speed
  • Greater safety for the operator

When to choose PRESSURE MAX

  • You need to sandblast defined areas without dispersing abrasive into the environment
  • You work in a workshop, production department or indoor job site
  • You need to work on welds, cylinders or metal components
  • You want to recover and reuse abrasive that is still suitable
  • You need higher extraction capacity than basic systems
  • You cannot use a free-blasting sandblaster
  • You are looking for a professional solution for localized paint stripping

When to consider a different solution

PRESSURE MAX is not the most suitable solution when large surfaces must be sandblasted continuously without the need for immediate abrasive recovery.

In these cases, a free-blasting sandblaster or a dedicated industrial system may be more suitable.

It is also not the ideal choice when the surface is very irregular and does not allow the front brush to adhere correctly.

Usage recommendations

To obtain the best result, it is important to choose the abrasive, pressure and configuration according to the material to be treated.

Pressure, abrasive media type, condition of the front brush and extraction efficiency directly affect the quality of the result.

Before working on delicate surfaces, it is advisable to carry out a test on a small area.

During periodic maintenance, it is useful to check the brush, filters, hoses, fittings, nozzle, gun body and general condition of the system.

Is your compressor suitable for the PRESSURE MAX?

The performance of the PRESSURE MAX depends directly on the correct compressed air supply.

To determine whether the existing compressor is suitable, several technical factors must be considered, as they directly affect working continuity, operating efficiency and blasting quality.

Available air flow
Operating pressure
Nozzle diameter
Hose length
Duty cycle continuity
Type of abrasive used
Surface to be treated
Required removal level

An undersized compressor may reduce blasting continuity, slow down operations and compromise the quality of the final result.

For this reason, before purchasing, it is recommended to verify the complete configuration: blasting machine, vacuum system, compressor, hoses, abrasive and accessories must all match the actual application.
