The TORNADO mobile blasting system works with the worldwide patented negative pressure principle and consists of a single compact mobile machine.
By using suitable abrasives with different grain sizes and structures, it facilitates treatment with quiet abrasive recovery, separating it from the dust.
The machine contains a negative pressure generator with filter cartridge, a dust separation system and a suitable container for the granulate.
Other system components include the illuminated blasting hood and the blasting lance required for operation.
TORNADO FEVI STRUCTURE

From a funnel (1), the abrasive (2) reaches the air flow (4) on the dosing equipment (3) by gravity.
Through a flexible suction hose (5), the granulate is transported to the blasting hood (6).
At the outlet of the blasting lance (7), it is accelerated to a very high speed, producing extremely effective blasting energy.
Protected by the blasting hood, the granulate strikes the contaminated surface (8) and removes dirt or cleans the surface quickly and without dust.
The process can be controlled through the display panels (12).
The mixture of dirt and abrasive is sucked into the container (13), while the reusable granulate is separated and reintroduced into the cycle.
Fine dust is filtered through the filtering system (10) and collected separately.
