The rounded shape of the ceramic microspheres allows for gentle cleaning. Compared to Microlux, this abrasive for sandblasting has high durability.
Ceramic microspheres are advanced technology sandblasting abrasives designed for the highest demands.
ZIRBLAST ceramic microspheres are used with all types of sandblasting machines:
- Compressed, dry and humid air
- Turbine
Compressed Air (Dry and Humid)
Resistance to high impact of the CERABLAST ceramic microspheres significantly reduces the consumption of sandblasting material, hence the operating costs.
Thanks to this high resistance, the ceramic microspheres generate less dust in the cabin and maintain good visibility.
Thanks to their high density, the sandblasting pressure is reduced, thus obtaining the same cleaning effect.
In case of tough dirt, the pressure can be brought up to 6 bars.
Sizes suitable for compressed air sandblasting units:
- B125
- B120
- B60
Turbine
The CERABLAST ceramic microspheres sensibly limit the wear of the surfaces of the dies, with an average sanding cost higher than those of the conventional materials used in turbines.
The essential advantage is the reduction of costs both at maintenance level (cleaning and repair) and die replacement.
Sizes suitable for turbine sandblasting units:
- B30
- B40
- B60
